BOSTON, MA. – Tulip, the leader in frontline operations technology, announces Jason Dietrich is joining as Head of Revenue. The past year propelled significant customer expansion and new customer acquisition for Tulip as industrial companies accelerated digital transformation plans and sought more flexible, agile solutions.
Dietrich is joining Tulip from Stratus Technologies, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing Stratus’ global sales, marketing and business development efforts. He previously held roles at PTC focused on the adoption of Thingworx and Kepware; and Invensys (now AVEVA) supporting Wonderware and Workflow products.
Tulip’s co-founder and CEO Natan Linder revealed his excitement to work with Jason on this next stage of Tulip’s growth, “Jason is an industry powerhouse with an enviable career. He’s an excellent leader, and I look forward to partnering with him to bring Tulip’s frontline operations platform to engineers around the world.”
Jason shared his thoughts on joining the team, “I’ve gotten to know the Tulip team and product well over these past few months, and believe in both. Tulip’s user-focused, no-code approach to solving the challenges facing frontline industries, especially manufacturing, has been a long time coming. It’s the type of tool I would have wanted during my process engineering days at Merck. I appreciate this opportunity to join the team at such an inflection point – both for the company and in the market.”
Tulip is significantly increasing headcount to support growth this year. The company is hiring 51 positions across its engineering, customer, marketing, and sales teams.
